AIMASTER is a Finnish AI company from Seinäjoki. We are a business-driven technology partner in the AI shift: we build custom AI agents and integrations for SMBs and growth companies — and we serve clients nationwide across Finland.
Our products cover the path from strategy to production. Master Plan maps where AI creates measurable value. Master Layer is a custom agent and integration platform. Master Mind builds AI agents that work with the customer's own data. Master Voice handles calls around the clock.
Development runs in three-day sprints, and the first results show after a single sprint. Among our work is Aini — a personal AI assistant built together with media personality and serial entrepreneur Jaajo Linnonmaa.
The role
This role is heavily focused on new customer acquisition. You won't sell generic technology — you'll help the customer see what AI means for their business, and take AIMASTER's solution forward.
