## Who are AIMASTER's services for?

Our services are designed for small and medium-sized Finnish companies. Our typical client is a growth-oriented company that knows there are opportunities in AI but doesn't know where to start – or has already tried but didn't get concrete results.

## Where should we start with AI?

Start with the Master Plan strategy. It is the first step in our productized services: we map out your business bottlenecks, identify the most concrete AI use cases, and build a prioritized roadmap. This way, you don't invest in technology blindly, but know exactly where AI will produce the most value.

## What does Master Layer mean in practice?

Master Layer is the foundational layer of your data that makes your information usable for AI. In practice, we integrate your company's existing data sources – CRM, ERP, documents, emails – into one layer that AI agents can securely use. Without this layer, AI operates only on general knowledge and does not understand your business.

## What are AI agents and how does Master Mind work?

AI agents are AI-based "digital employees" that perform tasks autonomously – for example, answering customer inquiries, processing data, or handling outbound calls. Master Mind is our service where we build these agents to utilize your company's own data through the Master Layer. The agents don't guess – they know, because they have access to your data.

## How much do AIMASTER's services cost?

The strategy call is free. The Master Plan strategy is productized and priced at a fixed rate, so you know exactly what you will pay before starting the project. Master Layer and Master Mind implementations are priced per project, because every company's data environment and needs are different. The first step is always a free mapping discussion where we jointly evaluate what produces the most benefit for you.

## How long does a project take?

A Master Plan is typically completed in a few weeks. Master Layer and Master Mind implementations depend on the scope, but we use an agile sprint model where the first concrete results are visible within weeks – not months. We don't believe in year-long projects where the first results are only seen at the end.

## Do we need technical expertise or our own IT team?

No, you don't. We handle the technical implementation entirely. Your job is to bring business understanding – we bring the technology. However, if you have an IT team, we integrate seamlessly with them.

## Is our data safe?

Absolutely. Data security is the starting point of every implementation. Your data remains under your control, and we follow GDPR and best practices in data processing. Master Layer is designed so that AI can only access the data it is authorized to – nothing else. Our team's legal advisor Mika Oksanen (Eversheds Sutherland) ensures that we operate flawlessly from a legal perspective.

Yes. Our productized services (Master Plan, Master Layer, Master Mind) are the clearest path, but we also implement completely customized AI applications and software. Yes – but only if it is implemented correctly. AI is not a magic wand. ## How much does an AI agent cost for an SMB?

The price depends on the scope of implementation. The Master Plan strategy is fixed-price, so you know the cost upfront. Master Layer and Master Mind are priced per project based on your data environment and integrations. The strategy call is always free. Typically, an SMB's first production-ready AI agent is an investment whose ROI can be estimated already in the mapping phase.

## How is an AI integration implemented in practice?

AI integration starts with the Master Layer phase: we map your current systems (CRM, ERP, email, documents), build a unified data foundation and APIs that AI agents connect to. Integrations are implemented in phases – the first agent can be deployed before the entire ecosystem is complete. Security and GDPR are considered at every step.

## Do you serve only Seinäjoki or all of Finland?

Our home base is Seinäjoki, but we serve SMBs and growth companies nationwide across Finland. We deliver projects remotely and on-site as needed. Master Voice and other digital solutions work regardless of location.
